This policy explains how WorkFlo Apps ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our software plug-ins (including Model GPS and our other tools for Autodesk products) and our website at workfloapps.com. We keep this simple because we collect very little.

The short version: our plug-ins do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. They run entirely on your computer and do not phone home. Our website uses basic, anonymous analytics. We never sell your data.

Our software plug-ins

Our plug-ins — including Model GPS for Autodesk Navisworks — operate entirely on your local machine. They:

do not collect personal information;
do not contain analytics, tracking, or telemetry;
do not send any data over the internet;
do not modify, upload, or transmit your models or project files.

Model GPS in particular is read-only: it reads data already present in the model you open and displays it on screen. Nothing you view in the plug-in leaves your computer.

Our website

When you visit workfloapps.com we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (for example, which pages are viewed and general region). This uses cookies and collects standard technical information such as browser type and a truncated IP address. It does not identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser or with an ad/analytics blocker.

Contacting us

If you email us (for example, for support), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose.

Distribution and third parties

Our plug-ins are distributed through the Autodesk App Store. When you download or purchase through the store, Autodesk handles that transaction under its own privacy policy — we do not receive your payment details. The only third parties involved in our own operations are Google Analytics (website usage) and standard web hosting. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

Data retention

We do not maintain a database of users. Analytics data is retained by Google under its standard retention settings; support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your choices

Children

Our software and website are intended for professional use and are not directed to children under 13.
